Photos from a recent site visit to this new Modern Modular project in East Hampton, slated for completion Summer 2023. Cedar siding was being installed. Trenching was in progress for water line installation. Pool and spa gunite was shot. Roof deck railings were installed. All three wood-burning fireplaces were installed.
